The holiday season is quickly approaching (thxgiving is next week?!), so travel might be on the forefront of a lot of our minds. My packing habits vary with my mode of transportation, but one thing that remains the same is the contents of my carry-on bag. Below I’ve listed my carry-on essentials along with some specific items I think y’all should check out.
Carry-On Bag Essentials
Don’t forget your phone, laptop, tablets, etc. or their chargers!
You can go through TSA security with an empty water bottle. Fill up once you’re past the checkpoint, so you don’t have to spend money on overpriced airport water.
I recommend keeping your toiletries in your carry-on in case you want to freshen up at some point.
A must! You don’t want to have to travel without being able to listen to your favorite music, shows, or podcasts. I love these from Happy Plugs!
I know, I know, you’re not stupid. It was just a reminder, pal. 😉 But also, check for your license, credit cards, etc.!
I always forget that you’re allowed to bring snacks. I love, love these Halfpops treats.
Change of Clothes
You never know what might happen or where you might get stuck. Trust me. Leave a change of clothes in your carry on to stay prepared.
Don’t get bored. Bring a book.
I hope you enjoyed this short post, and I hope it helps you as you prepare for your next adventure! Are you traveling anywhere soon? Let me know in the comments!
